1. Create your Mailgun account and describe your sports-analysis service accurately.
2. Add a sender domain you own, such as mail.yourdomain.com, and verify the DNS records Mailgun provides. Gmail remains your reply-to address.
3. Add the Mailgun sending key and verified domain as private Site environment settings. Never paste a sending key into a public form or email.
Required settings: MAILGUN_API_KEY (secret), MAILGUN_DOMAIN, MAIL_FROM (an address at that verified domain), and MAILGUN_REGION (us or eu). Publish the updated settings, then use Send test to my Gmail.
Existing unconfirmed contacts can submit the signup form again to request confirmation once sending is enabled. Payment verification and paid-pick delivery are separate connections.

How picks make the cut
At least 55% model probability, a positive edge over the offered price, and a start time still ahead today in Eastern Time. Up to three free selections are chosen from today's games on different matchups, ranked by model grade then positive probability edge. Future games and remaining selections are private for manual paid delivery. Your model supplies grades and market reaction.
